Shipping information
For orders made in the UK all postage and packing is included in the price of your order.
All framed prints and canvases are made to order and can take 5 to 10 business days to be produced.
Delivery is by courier and will be one to two business days after your piece is completed to our high standards.
We will email you prior to shipping to let you know when to expect your piece to arrive.
All deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Mon-Fri, we do require a signature. If you have to go out at the last minute please leave a signed note on the door to tell the courier where to leave the parcel, i.e. neighbour etc.
Renegade Photo will not take responsibility or be liable for any damage to orders not made to the delivery address.
Please note
Renegade Photo does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.
We use third party couriers and if they can't telephone customers for any reason they may not deliver so please supply your telephone number with every order.
Multiple Shipments
The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged.
International orders
We cannot fulfil international orders via the website at this time as delivery charges and taxes vary wildly.
Please telephone +44 (0)1452 760147 if you would like to buy a piece but are based outside the UK.
We can usually accommodate and orders are usually delivered 11 to 15 business days after the production of your piece.
Returns policy
All items must be returned within five working days after the item is delivered to you.
In the first instance you must call (01452 760147) and email us sales@renegadephoto.net) within 24 hours of receipt of items (or first thing Monday morning if received on a Saturday) so as to register a reason for the return.
All items must be returned in secure original packaging - items will not be accepted if not in original packaging.
No refunds given - either item exchange or credit note.
Please note that the buyer must pay for return postage and packing. We do not refund returns shipping charges.
